Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Expediteur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van internationale transportdossiers van A tot Z. Je beheert een eigen klantenportefeuille en zorgt ervoor dat goederenstromen efficiënt, correct en tijdig worden afgehandeld. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten, logistieke partners en interne afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier vlot verloopt.

Binnen deze functie krijg je veel autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid. Je bewaakt deadlines, denkt proactief mee met klanten en schakelt snel wanneer operationele uitdagingen zich voordoen.

• Beheer van internationale import- en exportdossiers van A tot Z

• Opvolgen van boekingen, transporten en operationele processen

• Correct verwerken van transport- en douanedocumentatie

• Bewaken van deadlines, kwaliteit en rendabiliteit van dossiers

• Opvolgen van facturatie en tarieven

• Dagelijks contact met klanten, transporteurs, rederijen, magazijnen en andere logistieke partners

• Oplossen van operationele uitdagingen en afwijkingen

• Adviseren van klanten rond logistieke oplossingen en internationale transportstromen

• Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties

Jouw ideale achtergrond

Je bent een ervaren logistiek professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit het beheren van eigen dossiers. Je werkt nauwkeurig, behoudt overzicht en voelt je thuis in een dynamische internationale omgeving.

• Minstens 3 jaar ervaring als expediteur import en/of export

• Ervaring binnen internationale logistiek, forwarding of zeevracht

• Kennis van douaneformaliteiten en transportdocumentatie is een belangrijke troef

• Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt ownership over je dossiers

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en professionele uitstraling

• Oplossingsgericht, klantgericht en organisatorisch sterk

• Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels

• Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen
