Onze klant, een toonaangevend Belgisch logistiek bedrijf, is in korte tijd geëvolueerd van een pure expediteur naar een volledige logistieke dienstverlener. Ter versterking van hun team zoeken zij een gedreven Import Expediteur Luchtvracht die de afhandeling van internationale zendingen vlot en nauwkeurig kan organiseren.

Als Import Expediteur Luchtvracht ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces van luchtvrachtzendingen. Hier een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Opstellen van offertes volgens klantspecificaties
  • Administratieve verwerking van expeditiedossiers van A tot Z
  • Registratie van binnenkomende opdrachten
  • Aanmaak en beheer van expeditiedossiers
  • Coördinatie van taken met onderaannemers
  • Opstellen van import-, transit- en douanedocumenten
  • Opvolging van zendingen tot aan de eindbestemming
  • Controle en registratie van gemaakte kosten per dossier
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, onderaannemers, luchtlijnen, douanediensten en interne collega's

De gezochte Expediteur:

  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig, aangevuld met minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een A-Z expediteursfunctie
  • Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Engels en goede kennis van Frans (spreken en schrijven)
  • Grondige kennis van douaneprocedures en in staat zelfstandig alle nodige documenten op te stellen
  • Nauwkeurig, communicatief sterk, stressbestendig en logisch ingesteld
  • Passie voor internationale logistiek en een gestructureerde aanpak
