Uw missie bij ons is om het dagelijks leven van uw klanten gemakkelijker te maken door hen financiële en verzekeringsoplossingen naar wens aan te bieden.

FUNCTIEBESCHRIJVING

Het agentschap werkt als bankagent voor Beobank NV/SA. Bij ons werken betekent genieten van persoonlijke gesprekken en het bieden van gepersonaliseerde opvolging. En ja, we staan graag dicht bij onze klanten! U zal het aanspreekpunt zijn voor uw klanten en de steun bieden die zij nodig hebben om hun doelen te realiseren.

Beobank helpt u natuurlijk om uw klanten de beste oplossingen aan te reiken. U krijgt on-the-job training, gecombineerd met opleidingen over onze producten, de wetgeving enz. Tot slot kan u rekenen op een dynamisch team binnen een bankagentschap, een soort van ‘minionderneming’ waar groepswerk voorop staat. U zult actief deelnemen aan de ontwikkeling en het imago van uw agentschap op lokaal niveau.

UW PROFIEL

U analyseert graag de behoeftes van de klanten en adviseert hen op maat op vlak van dagelijks bankieren, kredieten, beleggingen en verzekeringen.

Heeft u minstens 3 à 5 jaar commerciële (financiële) ervaring? Bent u gemotiveerd en vindt u het leuk om elke dag meer te ontdekken?

Wilt u bij een bank werken die de ambitie heeft om te groeien op de Belgische markt? Wel, dan hebben wij u nodig in ons team!

U BENT:

✔ In het bezit van een Bachelordiploma en/of de nodige PCP attesten

✔ Dynamisch en leergierig: u doet er alles aan om uw vaardigheden te ontwikkelen

✔ Sociaal: uw zin voor service en uw communicatieve vaardigheden dragen bij tot een optimale klantervaring.

✔ Proactief en efficiënt: in overleg met uw leidinggevende neemt u initiatief om het commerciële succes van het verkooppunt te verzekeren.

✔ Georganiseerd: u beheert zelfstandig de taken die aan u zijn toe bedeeld.

✔ Talenkennis: U drukt zich zeer goed uit in het Nederlands
