Ben jij een commercieel talent dat energie haalt uit klantencontact, organisatie en samenwerking? Voor een internationaal actieve producent zijn we op zoek naar een Internal Sales Medewerker die het verschil maakt in de dagelijkse opvolging van klanten en orders. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je de spil tussen klanten, logistiek, sales en interne afdelingen. Je bouwt sterke klantenrelaties op, bewaakt gemaakte afspraken en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlekkeloos verloopt.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Beheren en verder uitbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland.
  • Dagelijks verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen via SAP.
  • Oplossen van vragen rond leveringen, planning, stock en facturatie.
  • Actief communiceren met logistieke partners en interne afdelingen.
  • Bewaken van gemaakte afspraken en proactief inspelen op mogelijke uitdagingen.
  • Verzenden en opvolgen van productstalen.
  • Ondersteunen van commerciële acties en projecten.
  • Meedenken over procesverbeteringen binnen customer service en internal sales.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om een optimale klantendienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Deelnemen aan toonaangevende internationale vakbeurzen

Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen Internal Sales, Customer Service of Sales Support, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.

Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.

Je hebt ervaring met SAP.

Je bent sterk in administratie en werkt nauwkeurig.

Je communiceert vlot met diverse interne en externe stakeholders.

Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent tegelijk een echte teamplayer.

Je spreekt vloeiend:
