En tant qu'Expert technique, vous serez responsable de la rédaction des offres commerciales et techniques, ainsi que de la relation client de la phase d'étude jusqu'au transfert du dossier aux équipes d'exécution. Vous vous appuierez sur vos compétences techniques reconnues en solutions énergétiques (PV, batteries, bornes de recharge ; idéalement aussi en électricité) pour construire des offres solides, convaincre des interlocuteurs exigeants et remporter des marchés.

Si vous aimez le chantier, vous aurez également la possibilité de prendre en main l'exécution de certains projets. L'objectif de ce poste est de devenir la référence technique des équipes et de soutenir celles qui en ont besoin (vente, terrain, après-vente) sur l'ensemble des aspects liés à la transition énergétique.

Vos missions principales au niveau commercial :

  • Développer et entretenir un portefeuille de clients professionnels et institutionnels, en assurant un suivi commercial de bout en bout ;
  • Accompagner ponctuellement les commerciaux en clientèle pour défendre l'aspect technique d'une offre face à des interlocuteurs exigeants ;
  • Piloter la rédaction des offres techniques et commerciales de A à Z, en intégrant les exigences du client et les contraintes des équipes internes ;
  • Analyser les cahiers des charges et appels d'offres, y compris les marchés publics, et construire des réponses structurées et compétitives ;
  • Encoder avec rigueur et autonomie les offres, devis et informations projets dans l'ERP : vous êtes le·la garant·e de la qualité et de la complétude des dossiers ;
  • Assurer les contacts clients : visites, réunions de clarification, échanges de suivi et transferts de dossiers aux équipes d'exécution ;
  • Rester en veille active sur les évolutions du secteur (photovoltaïque, stockage, bornes de recharge) pour conseiller avec pertinence et anticiper les besoins.

Vos missions annexes :

  • Être le point de référence technique pour les gestionnaires de chantier sur les questions liées aux solutions énergétiques (PV, batteries, bornes de recharge) ;
  • Soutenir le service après-vente sur les problématiques techniques : diagnostic, dépannage, programmation des équipements (ex. onduleurs) ;
  • Selon les projets, participer au dimensionnement des installations photovoltaïques et de stockage ;
  • Si l'envie s'en fait sentir, prendre en main le suivi de certains chantiers sur le terrain.
