Zin om commerciële expertise en digitale innovatie te combineren in een dynamische sector? Heb jij solide ervaring in verzekeringen (BOAR- en levensverzekeringen) en expertise in oplossingen voor particulieren? Voel jij je thuis in een uitdagende omgeving met hoogwaardige klantrelaties, en blink je uit in klantcontact? Werk je graag nauw samen met relatiebeheerders?

Sluit jij je aan bij ons Verzekeringsteam en draag jij bij aan een service die expertise, kwaliteit en maatwerk combineert om te voldoen aan de specifieke verwachtingen van onze premiumklanten?

EN IN DETAIL

  • Als expert in verzekeringen (BOAR en leven, exclusief fiscale levensverzekeringen en financiële verzekeringen) begeleid je veeleisende klantenrelaties bij het invullen van hun specifieke behoeften.
  • Je vergroot de klantenportefeuille door hun verzekeringspakket te optimaliseren (cross-sell en upsell) en nieuwe prospects aan te trekken.
  • Dankzij een sterke relatie met de relatiebeheerders versterk je de "verzekerings"-cultuur binnen de teams en stimuleer je een proactieve aanpak.
  • Je treedt op als een echte makelaar met een foutloze service en zorgt voor actieve opvolging van schades om de klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig, beheert je tools voor een vlotte en efficiënte werking.
  • Je neemt deel aan klantevenementen om klantenrelaties te versterken en onze oplossingen te promoten.

JOUW TALENTEN EN COMPETENTIES

  • Als geboren onderhandelaar combineer je overtuigingskracht met luistervaardigheid om commerciële doelen en klantbehoeften met elkaar in overeenstemming te brengen.
  • Als expert in BOAR beschik je over ruime ervaring (minimaal 3 jaar) in dit domein.
  • Met een uitgesproken teamgeest werk je efficiënt samen met je interne partners.
  • Je relationele aanpak en commerciële dynamiek maken het verschil, ondersteund door een vertrouwensband met de relatiebeheerders.
  • Autonoom en nauwkeurig voer je je opdrachten professioneel uit.
  • Klanttevredenheid staat bij jou centraal in alles wat je doet.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect (mondeling en schriftelijk) voor communicatie met alle gesprekspartners. Kennis van het Frans of Engels is een troef.
