Tätigkeiten

* Sie suchen aktiv nach interessanten Ausschreibungen in diversen Zeitschriften und einschlägigen Portalen im Internet.

* Bei der Besichtigung von Bauvorhaben für die Preiserstellung können Sie dem Büroalltag zwischendurch entfliehen.

* Für die Einholung von Lieferanten- und Subunternehmerpreisen sowie der Wartung der Daten sind Sie ebenfalls zuständig.

* Die Einzelkalkulation der Gewerke verdichten Sie geschickt zu einer Gesamtkalkulation.

* Schließlich stimmen Sie Ihre Kalkulationen für einen Reality-Check mit der jeweiligen Bauleitung ab.

* Auch beim Mitwirken bei der Angebotsvorbereitung und bei Preisverhandlungen zählen wir auf Ihre analytischen Fähigkeiten.

* Bei der Auswahl und dem Erstellen von Vergabevorschlägen von Lieferanten und Subunternehmungen für Bauleiter/innen können Sie mit Ihrer Datenbank hilfreich unterstützen.

* Um Ihnen die eigene Arbeit zu erleichtern, kümmern Sie sich um die Wartung von Musterkalkulationen.

* Zu guter Letzt vermitteln Sie Ihr Know-how an Bauleiter/innen und Bautechniker/innen, damit Sie sich alle noch besser verstehen.

Voraussetzungen

* abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU)

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kalkulation und/oder Bauleitung

* umfangreiches Wissen über Bauprozesse und Ausführungsdetails

* IT-Affinität und sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* analytische und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

WIR BIETEN

Das KV-Mindestbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt € 4.504,00 (auf Vollzeitbasis). Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt hängt von Ihren Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung ab und kann demnach auch darüber liegen.
