Je bent een vaste gesprekspartner voor managers en teams, kijkt mee naar wat nodig is en helpt keuzes maken die ook op de langere termijn werken. Lijkt het je mooi om op die manier bij te dragen aan de zorg? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Waar ga je werken In regio Boldershof plan je voor verschillende locaties van 's Heeren Loo. Op woonzorgpark Boldershof wonen, werken, leren en recreëren mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Het zorgpark ligt midden in Druten, dichtbij het dorpshart en de uiterwaarden van de Waal. Bewoners, verwanten, vrijwilligers en medewerkers ontmoeten elkaar hier dagelijks. Dat zorgt voor een levendige omgeving waar altijd iets gebeurt. Als Expert Planner sta je midden in de regio. Je hebt contact met begeleiders, managers, je collega's van het en andere collega's. Daardoor weet je wat er speelt binnen de teams en begrijp je welke ondersteuning nodig is om het werk goed te organiseren. Juist nu de arbeidsmarkt verandert en de zorgvraag blijft ontwikkelen, is jouw rol belangrijk. Je brengt mensen bij elkaar, kijkt vooruit en helpt managers en teams om keuzes te maken die passen bij de zorg die cliënten nodig hebben. Wat ga je doen? Elke dag is anders de ene keer begint de dag met een overleg over de bezetting van een aantal teams. Een manager legt uit dat de ondersteuning van cliënten verandert. Samen bekijk je wat dat betekent voor de inzet van medewerkers in de komende periode. De andere keer werk je aan de planning voor de komende maanden. Je kijkt niet alleen naar open diensten, maar vooral naar de vraag wat een team nodig heeft om cliënten goede ondersteuning te bieden. Welke kennis moet aanwezig zijn? Welke ontwikkelingen zie je aankomen? En hoe zorg je ervoor dat team...
