Export Operations Coordinator Ocean Freight Parttime/Fulltime - 32-40 uur Locatie: Dordrecht Jouw eigen klanten, jouw zendingen en de ruimte om je werk zelfstandig te organiseren. Bij BTS Logistics in Dordrecht zoeken we een ervaren expediteur export zeevracht die graag de regie neemt. Je werkt rechtstreeks met klanten en internationale partners, in een team waar je snel kunt overleggen en op elkaars kennis kunt rekenen. Van A tot Z verantwoordelijk Je beheert je eigen exportzendingen van begin tot eind en bent gedurende het hele proces het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Boekingen, documentatie en customer service komen samen in jouw functie. Die brede verantwoordelijkheid zorgt voor afwisseling en inhoudelijke uitdaging. Je houdt je bezig met: - Coördineren van FCL- en LCL-exportzendingen van boeking tot facturatie. - Regelen van transporten, boekingen en exportdocumentatie. - Bewaken van afvaarten, deadlines, transittijden en klantafspraken. - Informeren van klanten en oplossen van vertragingen en afwijkingen. - Dagelijks schakelen met rederijen, vervoerders, agenten en internationale kantoren. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring pak je ook complexere zendingen op, help je collega's bij inhoudelijke vragen en denk je mee over verbeteringen in onze dienstverlening en werkprocessen. Jouw profiel Je hebt ervaring als expediteur of operations coördinator binnen export zeevracht en kent de dagelijkse praktijk. Je organiseert je werk zelfstandig, houdt overzicht wanneer de planning verandert en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je zendingen.
