Wir sind ein internationales familiär geführtes Handelsunternehmen, Teil einer internationalen Gruppe, am Standort Niederwölz (Bezirk Murau). Sie finden bei uns Equipment am neuesten Stand der Technik, eine faire Entlohnung ist für uns selbstverständlich.

Eine Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor unserem Unternehmen, wie wir öffentlich erreichbar sind, hängt von Ihrem Wohnort ab. 1 Exportsachbearbeiter_in (m/w/d) Sparte: Holzhandel

Gesucht wird ein_e eigenständig arbeitende_r Mitarbeiter/in für die kaufmännische Auftragsabwicklung.

Es handelt sich um eine Dauerstelle auf Basis Teilzeit / 25 Wochenstunden - später Vollzeit möglich.

Anforderungen:

ENGLISCH in Wort und Schrift ist Voraussetzung

Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder höhere abgeschlossene Schulausbildung

Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Selbständigkeit.

Tätigkeiten:

Ihr Aufgabengebiet ist sehr umfangreich: umfasst die Auftragsabwicklung bis hin zur exakten exportrelevanten Zoll- und Versanddokumentation.

Sie erledigen allgemeine Sekretariatsaufgaben (Rechnungen prüfen, Banken, Zahlungen udgl.)

Die Kommunikation in englischer und deutscher Sprache mit Kund_innen, Behörden, Banken und Botschaften, gehört auch zu Ihren Agenden. Der Umgang mit Word und Excell sowie einer Auftragsabwicklungs-Software, stellt für Sie kein Problem dar. Nach einer Einschulungsphase erwarten wir uns ein selbständiges, verantwortungsbewusstes Erledigen sämtlicher übertragener Aufgaben.
