Onze klant is een professionele groothandel die beschikt over een uitgebreid elektrotechnisch productaanbod met meer dan 55.000 referenties op voorraad.

We zijn op zoek naar een EXTERNAL SALES ADVISOR INDUSTRY

Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen de industrie omgeving (Haven Antwerpen)

De hoofdactiviteit bestaat eruit om de klant op logistiek vlak zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn met onze geavanceerde webshop, een Netstore applicatie en tal van leveringsmogelijkheden op maat (express delivery, Click&Collect, levering op de werf, …)

Ze trachten de klant zoveel mogelijk te ontzorgen en te ondersteunen in zijn dagelijkse activiteiten wat resulteert in meer tijd en een hogere productiviteit. Door de technische expertise die ze in huis hebben, begeleiden ze hun klanten van A tot Z vanaf het adviseren van bepaalde producten en energie-efficiënte oplossingen, de uitwerking van de projectstudie, de bestelling en levering van het materiaal en in sommige gevallen de assistentie bij de indienststelling.

Ze passen hun technische kennis toe in de volgende domeinen:

  • Verlichting
  • Hernieuwbare energie
  • Energie distributie
  • Industriële automatisatie
  • Flex à la carte
  • Esabora
  • …

Als EXTERNAL SALES ADVISOR INDUSTRY vorm je de onmisbare schakel tussen dit bedrijf en de klanten. Je onderhoudt persoonlijke klantenrelaties en ontwikkelt jouw toegewezen portfolio verder door middel van een juiste behoeftenanalyse en prospectie.

Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen de industrie omgeving (Haven Antwerpen)

  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten, analyseert en identificeert de behoeften van de klant en stelt innovatieve producten, oplossingen en onze eigen services voor.
  • Je volgt offertes en lopende projecten op van A tot Z en biedt ondersteuning op verkoopsvlak aan de commerciële binnendienst.
  • Je bezit voldoende commerciële drive en doet proactief aan cross-selling. Bovendien informeer je de klant over lopende commerciële acties en incentives.
  • Je actualiseert de CRM en verbetert de salesprocessen en -performantie waar mogelijk.
  • Je bent samen met jouw team verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van doelstellingen op het vlak van omzet, brutomarge en jaarlijkse groei.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het productengamma en bent bereid om voortdurend jouw kennis te verrijken door het volgen van producttrainingen bij onze partner-leveranciers of via onze interne platformen Academy en intranet1
  • Je gaat klantenevenementen en opleidingen actief gaan promoten, mee gaan ondersteunen en bijwonen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het intern sales team en de specialisten en rapporteert aan de Branch Manager.

  • Technisch opgeleid (elektriciteit) en/of ervaring in de sector
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen de industrie omgeving (Haven Antwerpen)
  • Commercieel aangelegd
