Van een druk ontbijt en een bruisend restaurant & brasserie tot banquetingevents: jij houdt het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt samen met het team voor een gastvrije en professionele F&B-operatie. Wat ga je doen? - Je ondersteunt de F&B Manager bij de dagelijkse aansturing van alle F&B-outlets; - Je stuurt medewerkers en supervisors/shiftleaders aan tijdens de dagelijkse operatie; - Je verdeelt werkzaamheden en zorgt voor een goede personeelsbezetting en planning; - Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt medewerkers en helpt hen zich verder te ontwikkelen; - Je geeft feedback en durft medewerkers op een positieve en duidelijke manier aan te spreken; - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van service, presentatie en gastgerichtheid; - Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en zorgt samen met het team voor een optimale gastbeleving; - Je houdt tijdens drukke momenten het hoofd koel en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen; - Je handelt klachten en bijzondere situaties professioneel en gastgericht af; - Je hebt oog voor commerciële kansen en stimuleert het team op het gebied van upselling; - Je denkt mee over omzet, personeelsinzet, kostenbeheersing en efficiëntie; - Je o...
