Für eine renommierte Erlebnis- und Gesundheitstherme in der Südoststeiermark eröffnet sich eine vielseitige Führungsposition im F&B-Bereich. Im Mittelpunkt stehen regionale Produkte, zeitgemäße Küche und authentische steirische Gastgeberkultur.

Wir suchen: 1 F&B Manager_in, Thermen- & Vulkanland Als F&B Manager:in übernehmen Sie die Weiterentwicklung der verschiedenen Outlets, Restaurants und Bars und verbinden dabei Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Gästeorientierung mit einem modernen gastronomischen Anspruch.

Ihre Aufgaben:

º Gesamtverantwortung für die operative und wirtschaftliche Steuerung des F&B-Bereichs

º Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation von über 50 Mitarbeiter:innen in der Küche und im Service

º Bedarfsgerechte Weiterentwicklung des Speisen- und Getränkeangebots für unterschiedliche Gäste-gruppen

º Budget-, Umsatz- und Kostenverantwortung sowie Steuerung der F&B-Kennzahlen

º Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement und Qualitätssicherung

º Optimierung der Abläufe und Zusammenarbeit zwischen Küche und Service

º Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zu verschiedenen Fachbereichen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung

Ihr Profil:

º Abgeschlossene gastronomische oder hotelspezifische Ausbildung

º Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in der Hotellerie, im Resort-, Thermen- oder Gastronomieumfeld

º Hands-on-Mentalität und ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz sowie Freude an der Entwicklung und Motivation von Mitarbeiter:innen

º Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen

º Leidenschaft für moderne, steirische Kulinarik und ein gutes Gespür für aktuelle gastronomische Trends

º Organisationsstärke, Qualitätsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Gästeorientierung

º Hohe kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse
