The posting

En tant qu'aide-ménagère dans le secteur des titres-services, vous intervenez au domicile de nos clients afin d'assurer l'entretien courant de leur habitation. Vous êtes responsable de réaliser les tâches ménagères convenues avec le client, dans le respect des consignes et des règles de sécurité.

Vos principales tâches peuvent comprendre :

  • Nettoyage et entretien général du domicile ;
  • Nettoyage des sols, surfaces, cuisines et sanitaires ;
  • Dépoussiérage et entretien des différentes pièces ;
  • Repassage et entretien du linge, selon les besoins du client ;
  • Maintien d'un environnement propre et agréable ;
  • Respect du matériel, des biens et de l'intimité des clients.

Vous travaillez de manière autonome chez les clients tout en bénéficiant du suivi et de l'accompagnement de notre équipe.

Nous recherchons une personne sérieuse, ponctuelle, fiable et soigneuse, ayant le sens du travail bien fait.

Le profil recherché :

  • Une expérience dans le nettoyage ou l'entretien est un atout ;
  • Être autonome, organisée et dynamique ;
  • Avoir le souci du détail et du travail bien réalisé ;
  • Être respectueuse des clients et de leur domicile ;
  • Être ponctuelle et régulière ;
  • Être capable de travailler de manière autonome ;
  • Avoir un bon contact avec les clients ;
  • La connaissance du français est souhaitée afin de pouvoir communiquer avec les clients et l'équipe.

Aucun diplôme spécifique n'est exigé pour cette fonction. Une formation ou une expérience dans le domaine du nettoyage constitue toutefois un avantage.

Nous proposons un emploi dans le secteur des titres-services, avec des prestations organisées en fonction des disponibilités de l'aide-ménagère et des besoins de nos clients.

  • Possibilité de prendre ses congés à différents moments de l'année, à condition de prévenir l'agence suffisamment à l'avance afin de pouvoir organiser les prestations.
  • Remboursement à 100 % des frais de transport en commun avec la STIB, De Lijn ou le TEC.
