Ihr Aufgabengebiet * Sie verantworten die fachärztliche konsiliar- und liaisonpsychiatrische Versorgung unserer Patient*innen im gesamten Klinikbereich. * Sie arbeiten in einem multiprofessionellen Team in unserem technisch modernsten Erweiterungszubau sowie dem neuen Bettenzentrum mit den Schwerpunkten Transition, moderner psychiatrischer Versorgung und multimodaler interprofessioneller Akutpsychosomatik. * Sie entwickeln und steuern individuelle, multimodale Behandlungskonzepte und bringen Ihre Expertise in innovative psychiatrische und psychosomatische Versorgungsmodelle ein. * Sie gestalten das zukunftsweisende Pilotprojekt integrative Versorgung "Modellregion Favoriten" aktiv mit und implementieren neue Standards im Rahmen des Wiener Psychiatrie- und Psychosomatischen Versorgungsplans. * Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit extramuralen Einrichtungen, Sozialdiensten sowie niedergelassenen Ärzt*innen und tragen damit zu einer lückenlosen psychosozialen und psychiatrischen Betreuung bei. * Sie gewährleisten eine qualitativ hochwertige medizinische Dokumentation und engagieren sich in der Ausbildung zukünftiger Fachärzt*innen für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapeutische Medizin.

Ihr Profil * Sie verfügen über ein Doktorat der gesamten Heilkunde sowie über die Anerkennung als Fachärzt*in für das Sonderfach Psychiatrie und Psychotherapeutische Medizin oder als Fachärzt*in für Psychiatrie. * Sie haben Interesse und Freude an einer Tätigkeit im Bereich der psychiatrischen und psychosozialen Versorgung im Gesundheitswesen. * Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft sowie Neugier und bringen die Motivation mit, sich fachlich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. * Sie arbeiten gerne im multiprofessionellen Team und fördern eine interaktive, transparente Kommunikations- und Informationskultur im klinischen Alltag. * Sie begegnen allen Patient*innen sowie Kolleg*innen mit hoher Wertschätzung, Respekt und einer professionell empathischen Haltung - unabhängig von Herkunft oder sozialer Stellung. * Sie verfügen über fundierte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für eine sichere medizinische Dokumentation und einen professionellen fachlichen Austausch.

Im Zuge einer Aufnahme in diese Berufsgruppe ist die Vorlage eines Immunitätsnachweises (Impfstatus) für verschiedene Impfungen erforderlich. Für eventuell anfallende Kosten durch die Erbringung des Immunitätsnachweises ist kein Ersatz durch den Wiener Gesundheitsverbund vorgesehen.

Für neue Mitarbeiter*innen beträgt das Einstiegsgehalt laut Wiener Bedienstetengesetz für diese Stelle €7.782 (40 Wochenstunden, 14x jährlich) zuzüglich 150 Euro Erschwernisabgeltung (14x jährlich) und € 805,31 (12x jährlich) Vergütung für Psychiatrie. Durch die Anrechnung von berufseinschlägigen bzw. gleichwertigen Tätigkeiten als Vordienstzeiten ergibt sich ein höheres Gehalt.
