Tätigkeiten

* Als talentierte/r Hochbauer/in gestalten Sie mit Ihren handwerklichen Fähigkeiten die Umgebung, indem Sie Neu- und Umbauarbeiten, Reparatur- sowie Restaurierungsarbeiten von Gebäuden durchführen.

* Mit Sorgfalt übernehmen Sie die Einrichtung und Absicherung der Baustelle.

* Sie messen präzise aus und bringen die Maße auf das Gelände bzw. Gebäude.

* Mit Geschick und Know-how errichten Sie Fundamente und stellen Deckenkonstruktionen auf.

* Als erfahrener Hochbauer ermöglichen Sie die Entstehung von Geschossmauern und Zwischenwänden, führen Verputzarbeiten durch und legen Estrich.

* Selbst bei anspruchsvollen Sanierungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten können Sie Ihr Können unter Beweis stellen.

Voraussetzungen

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Baugewerbe (LAP)

* mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Interesse

* Freude an praktischer und körperlicher Arbeit im Freien

* Planlesekenntnisse

* Führerschein B

WIR BIETEN

Das KV-Mindestbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt € 3.388,31 (auf Vollzeitbasis). Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt hängt von Ihren Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung ab und kann demnach auch darüber liegen.
