Du bist direkt in der Produktion tätig und übernimmst die Bedienung und Betreuung von Produktionsanlagen.

Je nach Einsatzbereich arbeitest du an Anlagen und Produktionslinien und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen dafür, dass die Produktion zuverlässig läuft.

Dabei kommt es auf technisches Verständnis, genaues Arbeiten und einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit den Anlagen an.

Fachliche Anforderungen:

MUSS:

·Abgeschlossene technische Lehre / LAP

·Erfahrung in der Produktion

·Erfahrung bzw. Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Produktionsanlagen

·gute Deutschkenntnisse

·Bereitschaft zur 3- bzw. 4-Schichtarbeit, abhängig vom Einsatzbereich

Von Vorteil:

·Staplerschein

·Kranschein

Wichtig: Eine technische Ausbildung ist für diese Position Voraussetzung - gesucht wird ein Facharbeiter mit entsprechender Ausbildung und Produktionserfahrung.

Persönliche Anforderungen:

Du arbeitest zuverlässig und genau und hast kein Problem damit, Verantwortung für deinen Aufgabenbereich zu übernehmen.

Wenn eine Anlage nicht so läuft wie erwartet, bleibst du aufmerksam und handelst überlegt.

Du arbeitest gerne praktisch und hast ein technisches Verständnis.

Wir bieten:

·Ab € 2.880,75 brutto pro Monat als Ausgangsbasis

·Schichtzulagen kommen zusätzlich dazu

·Nach dem Probemonat erfolgt eine Anpassung bzw. neuerliche Einstufung des Entgelts, abhängig vom Einsatzbereich

·3- bzw. 4-Schicht, abhängig von der jeweiligen Abteilung

·Stapler- und Kranschein sind von Vorteil und können deine Einsatzmöglichkeiten erweitern
