Wir suchen ab sofort eine 1 Fachkraft für den Versicherungsinnendienst (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Erstellung von Offerten und Vergleichen im Zuge der Kundenbetreuung im Innendienst

* Aufbau und Pflege von Geschäftsbeziehungen (kein Verkauf!)

* Erster Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen

* Unterstützung des Außendienstes im Serviceprozess (z.B. Terminvorbereitung)

* Schadensfallbearbeitung von der Erteilung von Erstauskünften bis zum Abschluss

* Verarbeitung von Versicherungsanträgen

Ihr Profil

* Umfangreiches Versicherungsfachwissen und einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Fundierte praktische Kenntnisse in der Schadens- und Vertragsbearbeitung

* Fachkenntnisse in der Sach- bzw. Kfz-Versicherung

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)

* Kommunikationsstärke

* Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Selbstständigkeit

* Teamplayer-Qualitäten und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
