Wir bieten professionelle und individuelle Pflege und Betreuung durch unsere qualifizierten Fachkräfte für pflegebedürftige, kranke und/oder alten Menschen die ihre letzte Lebensphase zu Hause verbringen wollen. Die Caritas der Diözese St. Pölten, Bereich "Betreuen und Pflegen zu Hause", sucht eine/n 1 Fachsozialbetreuer*in (A) oder Pflegeassistent*in Einsatzgebiet: Stadtgebiet St. Pölten, Prinzersdorf, Gerersdorf, Markersdorf, Hafnerbach

Arbeitsbeginn: ab sofort

Arbeitsausmaß: 20-25 WoStd.

Wir bieten:

Professionelle und individuelle Pflege und Betreuung durch unsere qualifizierten Fachkräfte für pflegebedürftige, kranke und/oder alte Menschen, die weiterhin gut versorgt zu Hause leben möchten.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Durchführung von pflegerischen Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Pflegeplanung zur Unterstützung eines möglichst selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Lebens im Alter

* Durchführung von Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Mitwirkung bei Diagnostik und Therapie (nach ÄA und Subdelegation)

* Zusammenarbeit im Team und Informationsweiterleitung

Was wir erwarten:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachsozialbetreuerin (Altenarbeit) oder Pflegeassistentin

* Freude an der individuellen Betreuung von älteren Menschen in ihrem Zuhause

* Kooperationsbereitschaft und Flexibilität

* Interesse am selbstständigen Arbeiten im Team

* Führerschein B

* Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

Entlohnung nach Caritas KV: Mindestgehalt mit Vorerfahrung in Verwendungsgruppe Va bzw. V, € 2.950,30 (bei 37 WoStd/Va).Einreihung in höhere Gehaltsstufen je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten und Zulagen entsprechend KV und BV.
