St. Pius ist ein Teil der Caritas Oberösterreich. In St. Pius leben Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen in Voll- u. Teilbetreuter Wohnform. In St. Pius haben wir ein familiäres Betriebsklima. Es ist eine Bereicherung, für und mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen zu arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

* ganzheitliche und auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse abgestimmte Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung in allen Lebensphasen in deren zentralen Lebensfeldern, insbesondere Wohnen und Freizeit

* Durchführung von pflegerischen Maßnahmen nach Delegation im Sinne des GUKG

* Begleitung und Förderung von erwachsenen Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen im Rahmen eines Turnusdienstes im Vollbetreuten Wohnen

* Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzt_innen, Therapeut*innen

* Dokumentation und regelmäßige Fallbesprechungen

* Organisatorische und hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten

Dein Profil

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur_zum Fachsozialbetreuer_in für Behindertenarbeit bzw. Behindertenbegleitung entsprechend dem OÖ. Sozialberufegesetz

* Bereitschaft zur Leistung eines Turnusdienstes mit Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten sowie Nachtdiensten (Nachtbereitschaft)

* Wertschätzung, Einfühlungsvermögen und Verständnis im Umgang mit den zu begleitenden Menschen und deren Angehörigen

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und persönliche Stabilität

* Grundkenntnisse der gängigen Softwareprogramme

* Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung sowie Supervision

* hohe Reflexionsfähigkeit

* Eintragung in das das Gesundheitsberuferegister
