pro mente OÖ, Gesellschaft für psychische und soziale Gesundheit, arbeitet seit über 60 Jahren in der psychosozialen Versorgung. Wir sind ein überkonfessioneller und überparteilicher Verein, der sich für Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen einsetzt. An 180 Standorten in ganz Oberösterreich unterstützt pro mente OÖ Menschen mit psychosozialen Problemen und beschäftigt insgesamt rund 1.500 Mitarbeiter*innen.

Wir suchen: 1 Fachsozialbetreuer_in für die Mobile Betreuung und Hilfe & Wohnen teilbetreut in Rohrbach ab Dezember 2026 für 20 Stunden/Woche

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns:

* Alltagsbegleitung und Betreuung von Menschen mit psychischer Erkrankung

* Unterstützung und Anleitung bei den Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens

* Teilweise pflegerische Tätigkeiten und Betreuung lt. GuKG

* Beziehungsarbeit und Umgang mit Krisen gemäß Qualifikation

Womit Sie uns begeistern können:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/m Fachsozialbetreuer*in Behinderten- oder Altenarbeit o.Ä. sowie Eintragung ins Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit psychisch kranken Menschen von Vorteil

* Stabile Persönlichkeit und Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten

* IT-Kenntnisse

* Führerschein B

Einreihung in Verwendungsgruppe 6 (laut SWÖ-KV). Mindestentgelt brutto € 2.978,47 für 37 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit) inkl. SEG-Zulage. Berufserfahrung wird zusätzlich angerechnet
