Dan is deze rol bij Boston Consulting Group (BCG) op de Amsterdamse Zuidas jouw volgende stap.

Voor onze opdrachtgever BCG zijn wij op zoek naar een Facilitair Coördinator die dagelijks het verschil maakt binnen een high-end, internationale kantooromgeving. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen medewerkers, leveranciers en de operationele organisatie. Dankzij jouw overzicht, daadkracht en servicegerichte instelling loopt alles achter de schermen én op de werkvloer soepel door. BCG is een internationale organisatie waarbij Engels de voertaal is, waardoor een uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal essentieel is.

Wat ga je doen?

- Coördineren van de dagelijkse facilitaire dienstverlening op locatie.

- Aansturen van leveranciers en ondersteunen bij contractmanagement.

- Bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.

- Coördineren van onderhoud, Safety & Security en wagenparkbeheer.

- Ondersteunen van facilitaire administratieve processen, rapportages en factuurafhandeling.

- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne stakeholders en externe partners.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een energieke en professionele Facility Coördinator die makkelijk schakelt tussen mensen, processen en leveranciers. Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor een hoogwaardige dienstverlening. In een internationale omgeving weet jij precies hoe je verwachtingen managet en zorg je ervoor dat facilitaire processen soepel verlopen.
