Je stuurt een team van technische specialisten aan en zorgt ervoor dat gebouwen, installaties en facilitaire voorzieningen optimaal presteren op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en continuïteit. Je komt direct in dienst bij de opdrachtgever en ontvangt een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 5.500,- en € 7.915,-, passend bij jouw kennis en ervaring. In deze rol krijg je veel ruimte om verbeterinitiatieven, renovaties en investeringsprojecten te initiëren en te realiseren. Daarbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de operationele als strategische koers van de facilitaire infrastructuur. Wat ga je doen? - Aansturen van een team van Facility Engineers en technische specialisten - Opstellen en uitvoeren van een meerjarige onderhoudsstrategie - Initiëren en realiseren van technische verbeter-, renovatie- en uitbreidingsprojecten - Bewaken van wet- en regelgeving, compliance en certificeringen - Beheren van OPEX- en CAPEX-budgetten binnen de facilitaire organisatie - Optimaliseren van prestaties, betrouwbaarheid en toekomstbestendigheid van gebouwen en installaties Klaar om jouw technische en strategische expertise in te zetten binnen een complexe en innovatieve omgeving?
