Van schoonmaak tot catering, van gebouwbeheer tot technisch onderhoud. Hiermee zorgen wij voor een duurzame, schone, veilige en gezonde omgeving waarin mensen op een plezierige wijze geweldig werk kunnen leveren. Voor ons (facilitair) team, zoeken wij een enthousiaste Facilitair Manager die beschikbaar is voor 36 - 40 uur per week. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over meerdere GGZ locaties in Utrecht, Zeist en Den Dolder Dit ga je doen Samen met het facilitaire team van Vebego Facility Solutions zorg jij voor een excellente facilitaire dienstverlening. Omdat het contract met Altrecht onlangs is verlengd, is doorontwikkelingen van de dienstverlening een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk. Samen met de klant zijn verschillende thema's benoemd waaraan we de komende jaren gaan werken om de dienstverlening naar nog een hoger niveau te tillen. Met jouw enthousiasme weet je medewerkers als geen ander te motiveren. Onze medewerkers maken immers het verschil! De Facility Manager is verder verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van uiteenlopende facilitaire activiteiten en projecten op de locatie van de klant. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt op operationeel en tactisch niveau voor klanten en leveranciers. Tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden behoren: - Als Facility Manager ben je altijd op de hoogte van trends en ontwikkelingen binnen het facilitaire speelveld en speelt hierop in door de dienstverlening bij de klant te innoveren, verbreden en/of te verdiepen; - Je stelt een functioneel beleid op om alle FM processen te optimaliseren zodat kwaliteit, winstgevendheid en resultaten verbeterd worden; -...
