Facilitair medewerker - Contracttype: Bepaalde tijd met intentie - Contractduur: 1 jaar - Domein: Bedrijfsvoering, informatie & organisatie - Salaris: 2.661,70 - 3.595,73 - Opleidingsniveau: Mbo-niveau 4 - Locatie: Huis voor de provincie (Utrecht) Reageer voor 18 oktober Als facilitair medewerker draag je bij aan een verzorgd en gastvrij provinciehuis als basis voor het werk aan maatschappelijke opgaven. Wat ga je doen Als facilitair medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat het provinciehuis schoon, veilig en prettig blijft om in te werken. Tijdens je dagelijkse rondes zie je wat er nodig is en pak je veel zaken direct zelf op. Zie je een probleem aan het gebouw, het meubilair of andere voorzieningen? Dan los je dit zelf op of zorg je dat de juiste collega of leverancier wordt ingeschakeld. Geen dag is daardoor hetzelfde. Je zorgt ervoor dat collega's en bezoekers prettig kunnen werken en vergaderen. Ook let je erop dat ruimtes netjes zijn ingericht en dat het gebouw goed toegankelijk is. Daarnaast handel je meldingen en storingen af die binnenkomen via het servicecentrum of Topdesk. Denk aan meldingen over defect meubilair, het vervangen van inventaris, interne verhuizingen of ervoor zorgen dat (grote) pakketten in de expeditie of het magazijn op de juiste terechtkomen. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's van het team Facilitair en ondersteunt waar nodig bij evenementen of technisch onderhoud. Bijvoorbeeld bij het spoelen van waterleidingen in het kader van legionellabeheer. Wat bieden wij?
