X²O blijft groeien. Met filialen in België, Nederland, Frankrijk en Duitsland investeren we elke dag in inspirerende showrooms en een vlotte winkelervaring voor onze klanten.

Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Facility Coördinator om ons facility team te versterken. In deze rol zorg je mee voor het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van onze showrooms en ondersteun je onze collega's zodat elke showroom optimaal kan functioneren.

Je komt terecht in een groeiende afdeling waar je de kans krijgt om de werking van A tot Z te leren kennen en stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen. Een ideale uitdaging dus voor een junior of medior profiel met goesting om mee te groeien met X²O!

  • Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse facilitaire beheer van onze X²O-showrooms in België, Nederland, Frankrijk en Duitsland.
  • Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze winkelteams, help je bij facility-gerelateerde vragen en problemen. Hierbij volg je meldingen en tickets op van A tot Z en zorg je ervoor dat de juiste oplossing zo snel mogelijk wordt gevonden.
  • Verder plan je en stem je onderhouds- en herstellingswerken af met onderaannemers en externe partners. Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt voorstellen en maakt mee tenders en prijsaanvragen op.
  • Je bewaakt de planning en kwaliteit van uitgevoerde werken en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je controleert facturen, koppelt ze aan de juiste dossiers en volgt openstaande zaken verder op.
  • Het overzicht bewaren? Daar draai jij je hand niet voor om. Je houdt lopende onderhoudscontracten, interventies en andere facility-dossiers nauwgezet bij.
  • Bij grotere projecten steek je mee de handen uit de mouwen. Zo ondersteun je de Facility Manager en collega's bij showroomopeningen, verbouwingen en relocaties.
  • Je denkt actief mee over hoe we onze processen en manier van werken verder kunnen verbeteren.
  • Naarmate je groeit in de functie, krijg je de kans om meer verantwoordelijkheid en eigen projecten op te nemen.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Facility Manager.

  • Je hebt beschikt over een Bachelor diploma en je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen Facility Management.
  • Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent hou je moeiteloos meerdere dossiers, afspraken en deadlines tegelijk in het oog.
  • Hands-on ingesteld? Check! Een ticket, vraag of probleem blijft bij jou niet zomaar op de to-do lijst staan. Jij weet van aanpakken.
  • Of het nu met een collega, leverancier of onderaannemer is: je weet hoe je snel tot afspraken komt en communiceert vlot.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en hebt oog voor details, zeker bij offertes, bestellingen en facturen.
  • Een probleem? Liever een oplossing. Je denkt vooruit en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je kan prima alleen vooruit, maar werkt minstens even graag samen met collega's.
  • We kunnen jou omschrijven als iemand nieuwsgierig en leergierig. Je wilt bijleren, verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en op termijn meegroeien met onze afdeling en X²O.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een pluspunt, Duits mooi meegenomen.
  • Met een rijbewijs B op zak ben je flexibel en bereid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen naar onze verschillende locaties.
