Wir haben Zukunft im Blut. 1 Facility Management Spezialist_in Dieses Aufgabenspektrum bieten wir

* Koordination und aktive Mitarbeit bei Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten sowie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Fachfirmen

* Betreuung des Sicherheits- und Zutrittssystems sowie Mitarbeit bei Sanierungs-, Neubau-, Umbau- und technischen Optimierungsprojekten

* Erfassung und Analyse von Energie- und Messdaten, Durchführung von Energieeffizienzprüfungen sowie Identifikation von Energieeinsparpotenzialen und Übernahme der Datacollector-Rolle im Nachhaltigkeitsbereich

* Unterstützung im betrieblichen Brandschutz, Umsetzung von Behördenauflagen sowie Begleitung interner und externer Audits und Behördenprüfungen

* Erstellung, Pflege und Archivierung von Arbeitsanweisungen, Checklisten, Plänen, Prüf- und Wartungsunterlagen sowie Verwaltung von Fristen und technischen Dokumentationen

* Einholen und Prüfen von Angeboten sowie Auslösen von Bestellungen im Rahmen der Befugnisse

Damit überzeugen Sie uns

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung, z. B. als Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, Elektroinstallateur o.Ä.

* Erfahrung in der Wartung, Instandsetzung und Montage haustechnischer Anlagen sowie in der Installationstechnik

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Brandschutzbeauftragten von Vorteil

* Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B1-Niveau

* Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office und SAP

* Gute organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
