Jobomschrijving

Als facility manager sta je in voor het beheer, het onderhoud en de optimalisatie van 19 doe-het-zelfwinkels verspreid over Vlaanderen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Waken over de naleving van de facilitaire wetgeving, veiligheidsvoorschriften en verplichte inspecties
  • Coördineren van verbouwingen, relocaties en nieuwe winkelprojecten van A tot Z, binnen budget en planning
  • Onderhouden van contacten met externe partners en voeren van onderhandelingen rond vastgoed- en verhuurcontracten
  • Strategisch meedenken over verbeteringen en de verdere uitbreiding van het winkelnetwerk
  • Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging van contracten, budgetten en facilitaire dossiers

De gezochte facility manager:

  • Heeft ervaring in facility management, vastgoedbeheer of projectcoördinatie
  • Beschikt over kennis van facilitaire wetgeving, veiligheid en gebouwbeheer
  • Is communicatief sterk en kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende stakeholders
  • Is organisatorisch sterk, analytisch en administratief nauwkeurig
  • Neemt initiatief, denkt strategisch mee en werkt resultaatgericht
  • Is flexibel en bereid om zich regelmatig te verplaatsen naar de verschillende filialen in Vlaanderen
