Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung, Administration und laufende Weiterentwicklung der zugeordneten Schließ- und Zutrittssysteme * Verwaltung und laufende Aktualisierung von Zutrittsberechtigungen für die verschiedenen Unternehmensstandorte * Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Anpassung von Sicherheitskonzepten unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen, insbesondere NIS-G und RKEG * Planung und Erstellung von Schließplänen und Zutrittsgruppen sowie technische Projektierung und Umsetzung von Schließanlagen * Durchführung von Auswertungen und Analysen zu Zutrittsberechtigungen sowie Erstellung entsprechender Berichte zur laufenden Kontrolle und Optimierung * Koordination und Steuerung der Reinigungsleistungen an den Unternehmensstandorten * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern und Dienstleistern bei der Umsetzung von Sicherheits- und Facility-Management-Maßnahmen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Bezug zu Facility Management (Lehre oder vergleichbare bzw. höhere Ausbildung) * Berufserfahrung im Facility Management, idealerweise mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Bereich elektronischer Sicherheits- und Zutrittssysteme (z. B. Winkhaus) * Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Managementsystemen sowie in der strukturierten Dokumentation und Umsetzung von Prozessen von Vorteil * Fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Facility-Management-Anwendungen * Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise * Verantwortungsbewusstes und zuverlässiges Auftreten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Ansprechpartner*innen * Kommunikationsstärke und professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit Dienstleistern und Partnerunternehmen * Führerschein der Klasse B

Geboten wird
