Spannende Aufgaben

*Betreuung, Administration und laufende Weiterentwicklung von elektronischen Schließ- und Zutrittssystemen

*Verwaltung und Vergabe von Zutrittsberechtigungen für verschiedene Unternehmensstandorte

*Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Sicherheitskonzepten unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher und interner Anforderungen

*Planung, Koordination und Begleitung von Projekten rund um Schließanlagen und Zutrittssysteme

*Analyse bestehender Prozesse sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen

*Erstellung von Auswertungen, Dokumentationen und Berichten im Bereich Zutrittsmanagement

*Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister im Facility-Umfeld

Passende Qualifikationen

*Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Facility Management, Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

*Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Facility Management oder im Umfeld von Sicherheits- und Zutrittssystemen

*Kenntnisse im Management elektronischer Schließanlagen und Zutrittslösungen von Vorteil

*Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Facility-Management-Tools

*Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

*Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit internen und externen Ansprechpartner:innen

*Führerschein der Klasse B
