Jobomschrijving

Facility Manager - Real Estate Antwerpen

Contract- en stakeholdermanagement

  • Coördineren van de samenwerking tussen gebruikers, onderhoudspartners en andere betrokken stakeholders.
  • Opvolgen van onderhoudscontracten en toezien op de correcte uitvoering van afspraken.
  • Bemiddelen bij technische of contractuele discussies en streven naar pragmatische oplossingen.

Technisch beheer

  • Opvolgen van technische meldingen via een digitaal beheersplatform.
  • Coördineren van onderhoudswerken, interventies en wettelijke keuringen.
  • Signaleren en opvolgen van technische risico's en verbeterpunten.
  • Bewaken van de technische staat van gebouwen en installaties.

Asset management

  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van conditiemetingen van gebouwen.
  • Analyseren van onderhoudsbehoeften en initiëren van corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij renovatie-, optimalisatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten.
  • Actief bijdragen aan energie-efficiëntie en toekomstgerichte gebouwprestaties.

Administratie en rapportering

  • Opstellen van duidelijke verslagen en rapporten.
  • Correct documenteren van technische dossiers en keuringen.
  • Waken over de naleving van wet- en regelgeving.

Facility Manager - Real Estate Antwerpen

Je beschikt over:

  • Een bacheloropleiding in Bouwkunde, Facility Management, Vastgoed of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen technisch vastgoedbeheer, onderhoud, facility management, projectopvolging of een technische studiebureau-omgeving.
  • Een goede kennis van gebouwtechnieken en onderhoudsprocessen.
  • Ervaring met contractbeheer en stakeholdermanagement.

Daarnaast ben je:

  • Sterk in overleg en onderhandeling.
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig.
  • Organisatorisch sterk en stressbestendig.
  • Zelfstandig, maar ook een echte teamspeler.

Talen

  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.

IT-kennis

  • Vlot gebruik van MS Office.
  • Ervaring met vastgoed-, onderhouds- of projectmanagementsoftware is een plus.
  • Kennis van digitale plannen en technische documentatie vormt een meerwaarde.
