In de regio Benelux hebben we meer dan 50 vestigingen verspreid over 30 locaties, waar we met ruim 11.000 collega's dagelijks bijdragen aan ons succes. JOUW ROL Voor onze medische Campus in Heerlen zijn wij op zoek naar een Facility Officer. Als Facility Officer ga aan de slag met verschillende facilitaire projecten. Je functie zal hier 50% van je werk mee bezig zijn. Zo pak je bijvoorbeeld een verhuizingsproject op van een externe klant om deze te implementeren in het warehouse. Als project manager pak jij het voortouw. Ook ben je de uitvoerder en coördinator van andere facilitaire zaken. Jouw doel is om alle facilitaire zaken in goede banen te leiden. Op de site ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor (onderhouds)werkzaamheden op het gebied van o.a. gebouwen, (her)inrichting van werkplekken, inkoop van goederen, leveranciers en security. Je bent in staat proactief behoeftes en problemen te signaleren en hier adequaat mee om te gaan. Met een hands-on mentaliteit trotseer je de dynamiek van de dag en kun je snel schakelen. Je bent onderdeel van het regionale Facility Team van Area South en rapporteert aan de Regio Facility Manager. Het team bestaat uit 3 tot 5 FTE en kenmerkt zich als doortastend en flexibel Je zal in deze functie zowel in kantoor als in het warehouse te vinden zijn. WAT GA JE DOEN? Als Facility Officer ga je: - Projectmatig te werk; - Het onderhoud m.b.t. bedrijfsgebouwen, materieel en inventaris en projecten coördineren; - Facilitaire goederen en diensten inkopen en communiceren over offertes van facilitaire leveranciers; - Activiteiten op het gebied van beveiliging, schoonmaak etc. (inclusief audits, procedures rondom gevaarlijke stoffen en veiligheidscertificeringen) bewaken; - Het Facilitair Site Plan en -budget uitvoeren; - Kleinschalig onderhoud begeleiden; - Deelnemen aan en uitvoeren van project...
