Elektricien. Probleemoplosser. Communicator. Als Facilitair Technieker bij Sarens zorg jij mee voor de topconditie van onze gebouwen, installaties en terreinen in België. Van elektrische borden en noodstroominstallaties tot verlichting, poorten en algemene infrastructuur — jij zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig en operationeel blijft. Geen bandwerk, maar een veelzijdige technische omgeving waar geen dag dezelfde is.

Je komt terecht in een hecht Facility team waar samenwerking, vakkennis en verantwoordelijkheidszin centraal staan. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring neem je een breed takenpakket op: van preventief onderhoud en technische herstellingen tot het analyseren en oplossen van elektrische storingen en het coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Een échte hands-on job met technische uitdaging, afwisseling en impact. Je krijgt vertrouwen, autonomie en de ruimte om te groeien in je expertise.

Om onze infrastructuur veilig en operationeel te houden, zoeken we een technieker die vooruitdenkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en techniek écht begrijpt.

Jouw takenpakket in een notendop:

  • Uitvoeren van elektrische en algemene onderhoudswerken aan gebouwen en terreinen (laagspanningsborden, installaties, noodstroom, verlichting, pompen, sanitair, schrijnwerk, …).
  • Opsporen en oplossen van elektrische storingen en uitvoeren van aanpassingen volgens AREI.
  • Opmaken en aanpassen van elektrische schema’s.
  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse werking binnen het team (planning, werkbons, materiaal).
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen en PO-aanvragen.
  • Uitvoeren en documenteren van periodieke inspecties en preventief onderhoud aan elektrische installaties.
  • Technisch ondersteunen en opvolgen van externe aannemers bij onderhouds- en renovatiewerken.
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties en verbeteringen aan bestaande installaties en infrastructuur.
  • Analyseren van terugkerende storingen en structurele oplossingen voorstellen.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van wettelijke keuringen en externe controles.
  • Flexibel inzetbaar binnen alle Belgische Sarens-entiteiten, inclusief wachtdiensten en weekendwerk indien nodig.

In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Facility Manager en werk je nauw samen met de andere techniekers.

Dit ben jij. Wij zijn op zoek naar een technieker met grondige elektrische kennis en een sterk technisch inzicht. Iemand die begrijpt hoe installaties functioneren, zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt binnen een industriële omgeving.

Een diploma is zeker een troef, maar doorslaggevend is jouw technische expertise en praktijkervaring. Je beschikt over een stevige elektrische basis en voelt je comfortabel bij het analyseren, onderhouden en optimaliseren van elektrische installaties.

De profielvereisten:

  • Brede ervaring met elektrische werkzaamheden in en rond gebouwen.
  • Sterke toegepaste kennis van elektriciteit. Bij voorkeur in het bezit van een BA4 attest.
  • Vlot in het Nederlands (lezen en spreken) en Engels (spreken).
  • Basis computervaardigheden.
  • Flexibele ingesteldheid naar taken, werkuren en locaties (België).
