Je combineert hands-on werkzaamheden op de werkvloer met strategisch denken om duurzame kwaliteitsverbeteringen door te voeren. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen productie, engineering en kwaliteitsmanagement en begeleidt teams met jouw coachende stijl richting een verbeterde kwaliteitscultuur. Dagelijks houd je je bezig met het oplossen van acute problemen en het implementeren van structurele oplossingen. Daarbij streef je naar het verhogen van de kwaliteitsstandaard en draag je bij aan de continuïteit van onze productieprocessen. Functie-eisen Om succesvol te zijn als Factory Engineer breng je het volgende mee: - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een technische richting zoals Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of Technische Bedrijfskunde. - Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, liefst in een mechatronische assemblageomgeving. - Kennis van procesbeheersingstechnieken zoals flow, proces-FMEA en control plans. - Inzicht in industriestandaarden en productietechnologie. - Bij voorkeur ervaring met Lean Manufacturing, 5S en kwaliteits- en logistieke systemen. Daarnaast beschik je over een sterk analytisch vermogen, een klantgerichte instelling en de vaardigheid om snel tot de kern van een probleem te komen. Besluitvaardigheid, zorgvuldigheid en resultaatgerichtheid zijn termen die jou typeren. Innovatief denken en samenwerken zijn jouw tweede natuur.
