Wat doen wij?

We verwerken de prestaties van zelfstandige zorgverleners en staan in voor de facturatie aan ziekenfondsen, OCMW’s, verzekeringen en patiënten. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat zorgverleners hun vergoeding tijdig ontvangen. We hebben hiervoor intern onze eigen software, die we samen met ons eigen development team verder beheren en ontwikkelen. We doen dit voor verpleegkundigen en huisartsen.

Je functie

Ben jij een organisatietalent met een hart voor de zorg? Krijg je energie van een dynamische omgeving en werk je graag nauwkeurig en zelfstandig? Wij zoeken twee enthousiaste collega’s om ons team te versterken. Je ondersteunt de administratieve processen, denkt mee over verbeteringen en krijgt ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen. Samen met een ervaren team zorg je voor de derdebetalersfacturatie van zelfstandige en loontrekkende zorgverleners en volg je binnenkomende betalingen en doorstortingen aan de zorgverleners op.

Zo nemen we administratieve zorgen uit handen van onze zorgverleners, zodat zij zich kunnen focussen op hun patiënten.

Je takenpakket

  • Je start met administratieve ondersteuning van je collega’s en groeit geleidelijk naar een meer zelfstandige rol binnen het facturatieproces.
  • Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig taken opnemen binnen het facturatieproces.
  • Facturatie en betalingen voorbereiden en opvolgen.
  • Verbeterideeën aanbrengen en waar mogelijk zelfstandig uitwerken om onze dienstverlening verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je beschikt minstens over een diploma secundair onderwijs en een flinke dosis enthousiasme, leergierigheid en zin voor initiatief. Dit is voor ons belangrijker dan je diploma.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordeliijk en zelfstandig.
  • Binnen het facturatieproces zijn er maandelijkse pieken en dalen. Je houdt dus van afwisseling en bent flexibel wanneer de werkdruk tijdelijk hoger ligt.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief, blijft rustig onder druk en denkt graag mee over oplossingen en verbeteringen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en denkt oplossingsgericht. Je merkt snel op wat beter kan en neemt graag initiatief om problemen te voorkomen of op te lossen.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een basiskennis van het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt. Ervaring in de zorgsector, en bij voorkeur in de thuisverpleging, is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) en staat open om je verder te verdiepen in andere digitale tools.
  • Je bent geboeid door nomenclatuur en de administratieve verwerking van zorgprestaties.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in regio Aalst.
