Ben jij sterk in projectfacturatie en hou je moeiteloos overzicht over meerdere dossiers tegelijk? Voor een stabiel familiebedrijf in regio Moerkerke zoeken we een assertieve en zelfstandige facturatiemedewerker die ownership neemt over complexe projectadministratie en debiteurenbeheer binnen een technische omgeving.

Als facturatiemedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige facturatieproces van diverse lopende projecten. Dit gaat veel verder dan het louter opmaken van facturen, zie hieronder het volledige takenpakket:

  • Opmaak en opvolging van vorderingsstaten.
  • Verkoopfacturen opmaken en versturen via ERP-systeem Navision.
  • Facturatie afstemmen op offertes, uitgevoerde werken, manuren en klantafspraken.
  • Opvolgen van facturatiebonnen bij klanten.
  • Actief debiteurenbeheer en opvolging van openstaande facturen.
  • Overzicht bewaren over meerdere lopende projecten.
  • Intensief contact met klanten en interne collega’s.
  • Mee nadenken over optimalisaties binnen de administratieve flow.
  • Je komt terecht in een technische projectomgeving regio Moerkerke waar nauwkeurigheid, structuur en initiatief cruciaal zijn.

  • Minimum 3 jaar ervaring binnen verkoopfacturatie.
  • Ervaring binnen een complexe projectomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen bouw, technische dienstverlening of installatiesector is een sterke troef.
  • Goede kennis van ERP-systemen zoals oa. Navision.
  • Zeer goede kennis van Excel, waaronder: verticaal zoeken, opmaken van draaitabellen, werken met geavanceerde opzoekfuncties.
  • Je best sterk in communicatie, assertief en proactief ingesteld.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt ownership over jouw dossiers.
  • Kennis van Frans is mooi meegenomen.
