Dan is dit jouw moment om te starten als leerling servicemonteur bij Feenstra. Voor onze organisatie zoeken wij gemotiveerde kandidaten met interesse in techniek die zich willen ontwikkelen binnen de wereld van installatietechniek. Ervaring is geen vereiste. Bij Feenstra word je opgeleid in de praktijk. Je werkt samen met ervaren monteurs en praktijkopleiders die je begeleiden richting een zelfstandige functie. Wat wij belangrijk vinden, is jouw motivatie en bereidheid om te leren. Wij investeren in jouw ontwikkeling en bieden je begeleiding, opleiding en diverse doorgroeikansen. Tijdens het opleidingstraject ontvang je direct salaris, ook op de dagen dat je naar school gaat. Daarnaast kun je rekenen op 38 vakantiedagen (bij een fulltime dienstverband), een eigen bedrijfsbus en telt reistijd als werktijd. Deze voordelen komen boven op je bruto maandsalaris. Zó maak jij het verschil! Je start vanuit onze vestiging in Beek en wordt onderdeel van de afdeling Service & Onderhoud. In de eerste fase houd je je vooral bezig met cv-installaties. Je leert hoe deze installaties werken, hoe je onderhoud uitvoert en storingen voorkomt. Samen met een ervaren monteur bouw je stap voor stap kennis en vaardigheden op, met als doel om uiteindelijk zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan als servicemonteur.
