Der BIERHEURIGE Ranklleiten in Pettenbach sucht Verstärkung für die Sommersaison 1 Ferialpraktikant_in für die Küche Qualifikation/Praxis:

* Schüler_innen bzw. Student(en)_innen

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechend ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse für den Umgang mit unseren Gästen erforderlich

* Praktikumstätigkeiten im Rahmen des Lehrplanes bzw. der Studienordnung:

* Mithilfe und Unterstützung in der Küche

* Geschirr- und Gläser-Reinigung

* Zubereitung von Salaten, Beilagen, Vorspeisen,...

* Waschen und Schälen von Lebensmitteln

Praktikumszeitraum:

* ab sofort bis Oktober 2026 möglich

* mindestens 4 Wochen

* Arbeitszeit nach Absprache innerhalb unserer Öffnungszeiten: Montag-Freitag: 16.00 bis 22.00 Uhr, Samstag, Sonntag und Feiertag: 11.00 bis 22.00 Uhr, Donnerstag Ruhetag

* Verpflegung kostenlos

* Entlohnung: je nach Ausbildungsjahr ab dem 2. Jahr EUR 1.180,- brutto/monatlich
