Werkvoorbereiding & coördinatie

Binnen deze rol start je bij een goede voorbereiding van de geplande, preventieve en correctieve onderhouds- en projectwerkzaamheden. Je stemt de werkzaamheden af met de betrokken partijen en leidt werk overdracht meetings waarin planning, scope en mogelijke knelpunten worden besproken. Daarbij controleer je of technische en veiligheidsdocumentatie beschikbaar is en of de nodige vergunningen en LOTO-procedures correct zijn voorbereid. Je ontvangt en begeleidt contractors op de site en zorgt ervoor dat zij de geldende EHS-regels en werkafspraken kennen. Door de werkzaamheden goed op elkaar af te stemmen, creëer je de juiste voorwaarden voor een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering.

Opvolging op de werkvloer & verbetering

Tijdens de uitvoering ben je het aanspreekpunt voor contractors en interne stakeholders. Je volgt de werkzaamheden op het terrein van dichtbij op en ziet erop toe dat ze volgens de afgesproken scope, kwaliteitseisen en veiligheidsvereisten verlopen. Bij werkzaamheden met verhoogd risico zoals besloten ruimtes of brandgevaarlijke werken, bewaak je extra nauwgezet de correcte uitvoering. Wanneer zich technische of operationele problemen voordoen, neem je initiatief om samen met de betrokken partijen tot een passende oplossing te komen. Na afloop controleer je samen met de opdrachtgever of de werkzaamheden correct zijn afgerond en koppel je de voortgang en status terug. Tegelijkertijd signaleer je verbeterpunten en draag je bij aan continuous improvement van processen, werkwijzen en installaties.

Wie ben jij?

Je beschikt over een technische opleiding op TSO-niveau of hebt een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond opgebouwd door ervaring. Daarnaast heb je minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen operationeel onderhoud en/of in het coördineren van contractors. Je kent de belangrijkste maintenance processen en begrijpt wat nodig is om werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en gecontroleerd te laten verlopen. Je hebt kennis van veiligheidsprocedures, Life Saving Rules en LOTO. Ervaring met VCA en/of een attest Preventieadviseur niveau 3 is een pluspunt. Ook kennis van SAP en een basiskennis van elektrische installaties zijn mooi meegenomen. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Duits is een extra troef. Je communiceert duidelijk, houdt het overzicht wanneer verschillende werkzaamheden tegelijk plaatsvinden en durft contractors of collega's aan te spreken wanneer veiligheid of uitvoering daarom vraagt. Je bent praktisch ingesteld, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en zoekt actief naar oplossingen.
