In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden erarbeiten wir die optimale technische Lösung für die zukünftigen Produkte unserer Kunden! 1 Field Sales Engineer Passive Bauelemente (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Verkaufsverantwortung für ein umsatzstarkes Vertriebsgebiet

* Konsequente Akquise von Neukunden sowie nachhaltige Betreuung und Ausbau von Bestandskunden

* Strategische Erschließung neuer Marktpotenziale

* Technische Unterstützung (Design-In) bei der Produktentwicklung und Begleitung von Projekten von der Idee bis zur Serienreife

* Proaktives Vorstellen neuester Technologien und Identifikation von Projektpotentialen

* Durchführung von Vertragsverhandlungen mit Kunden und Partnern

* Enge Kommunikation mit den Einkaufs- und Entwicklungsabteilungen unserer Kunden

* Laufende Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung zur Identifizierung und Nutzung neuer Geschäftschancen

Unsere Anforderungen

* Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie Interesse am strukturierten Auf- und Ausbau eines Vertriebsgebiets

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im technischen Vertrieb

* Leidenschaft für Innovation und technologische Entwicklungen

* Freude am Lernen

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Freude an Teamarbeit

* Kombination aus Vertriebstalent und technischem Fachexperten

* Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektronik, Elektrotechnik oder Nachrichtentechnik

* Fähigkeit, technische Projekte zu identifizieren und zum Abschluss zu begleiten

* Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse
