David is een fietsindustrieveteraan die eerder werkte in R&D-teams bij Bontrager, Specialized en Santa Cruz Bicycles. Ardy is een productiegoeroe die productietechnologieën ontwikkelde voor grote namen zoals Apple Computer. Samen hadden ze een helder doel: een alternatief componentenbedrijf bouwen, specifiek gericht op aandrijvingsonderdelen. Het hoofdkantoor staat in Santa Cruz, Californië, een echte fietshub, met engineering- en productieactiviteiten in Taichung, Taiwan. Praxis combineert intern ontwerp, testen en productie om componenten te ontwikkelen die draaien om prestaties, kwaliteit en toegevoegde waarde. Bij Praxis draait alles om high-end fietscomponenten: vanaf het begin een van de weinige bedrijven in de branche die cold-forged (2X shifting) tandwielen kon produceren, net als de interne productie van carbon dankzij onze eigen C.R.A.F.T. Carbon-technologie. Alles wat we maken is high-end prestatie en kwaliteit voor de juiste prijs.
