In België en Luxemburg heeft My Pie inmiddels een stevige positie opgebouwd. In Nederland staat de verdere uitrol nog aan het begin en ligt een belangrijke kans om nieuwe klanten, locaties en verkoopkanalen te ontwikkelen. Je bent veel in de markt, bezoekt retailers en winkels, benadert actief prospects en opent nieuwe locaties. Vanuit lokale successen bouw je verder aan regionale clusters en samenwerkingen met hoofdkantoren. Je zorgt voor de juiste plaatsing en zichtbaarheid van het assortiment en vertaalt signalen uit de markt naar concrete commerciële acties. Naast je eigen commerciële verantwoordelijkheid geef je leiding aan vijf Sales Representatives in België en één Sales Representative in Nederland. Naarmate de Nederlandse markt verder groeit, bouw je het Nederlandse field-salesteam verder uit. Je rapporteert aan de Commercial Manager Benelux & DL en krijgt veel vrijheid om zelfstandig je commerciële aanpak te bepalen. De organisatie biedt - Een field sales rol waarbij je de business in de benelux gaat bouwen - Werken bij een jonge, gedreven internationale speler in verse, warme snacks - Bij succes en groei kun je het Nederlandse team met Sales Representatives verder opbouwen - Intensieve samenwerking met het Franse team, inclusief af en toe bezoek aan Frankrijk voor overleg. - Veel ruimte voor ondernemerschap, eigen initiatief en flexibiliteit. - Hybride werkmogelijkheden - Bij de start van de functie volg je een inwerktraject in Frankrijk.
