The posting

Bij een internationaal opererende specialist in magazijnautomatisering en intralogistiek in Gorinchem werk je als Field/Service Commissioning Engineer aan de inbedrijfstelling en het onderhoud van geautomatiseerde magazijnen. De organisatie ontwerpt, bouwt en implementeert complete oplossingen voor transport, opslag en orderverwerking. Je werkt met conveyors, sorteersystemen, shuttles, stapelkranen, pick-to-light en voice-picking. Daarbij sluiten de installaties aan op een intern ontwikkeld Warehouse Management System (WMS) en Material Flow Control-software. Ook coldchainautomatisering voor temperatuurgevoelige goederen behoort tot het werkgebied, met toepassingen binnen e-commerce, retail, productie en logistiek. Je werkdag bestaat uit systemen testen, storingen analyseren en installaties op locatie betrouwbaar laten functioneren. Je stemt af met software engineers, monteurs en projectleiders binnen een multidisciplinair team, van voorbereiding tot oplevering en service. Binnen een organisatie met 24/7 onderhouds- en serviceondersteuning staan bedrijfscontinuïteit, klanttevredenheid en ergonomie centraal. Je krijgt ruimte om je kennis van besturingstechniek, systeemintegratie en commissioning verder te verdiepen. Wat ga je doen? - Conveyors, sorteersystemen, shuttles en stapelkranen op locatie in bedrijf stellen en functioneel testen. - Pick-to-light- en voice-picking-systemen testen en de samenwerking met transport- en opslagsystemen controleren. - Interfaces tussen PLC-besturingen, het WMS en Material Flow Control-software testen en storingen hierin analyseren. - Elektrische, besturingstechnische en mechanische storingen onderzoeken en preventief en correctief onderhoud uitvoeren. - FAT/SAT uitvoeren en veiligheidsfuncties, processtromen en coldchaintoepassingen voor temperatuurgevoelige goederen controleren. - Met monteurs, software engineers en projectleiders afstemmen over installatie, oplevering en technische verbeteringen. - Testresultaten en servicewerkz.
