The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Winterswijk werk je aan de ingebruikname en het onderhoud van afvalwaterzuiveringsinstallaties en afvalrecyclinginstallaties. Je combineert elektrotechniek, mechanica en besturingstechniek om installaties op locatie goed te laten functioneren. Van het aanpassen van een besturingskast tot het instellen van procesparameters in PLC, SCADA en HMI: je zorgt dat hardware, software en proces op elkaar aansluiten. Voor deze rol ben je bereid ongeveer 70% van je tijd te reizen. In de dagelijkse praktijk analyseer je storingen, voer je Site Acceptance Tests uit en leg je de resultaten vast. Je ondersteunt mechanical engineers bij PLC- en elektrotechnische vraagstukken en leert klanten hoe zij hun installatie bedienen. Daarbij koppel je bevindingen terug aan het team. Je verdiept je verder in Siemens-besturingen, procesinstellingen en de samenhang tussen elektrische, hydraulische en pneumatische systemen. Functie-inhoud - Installaties op locatie mechanisch en elektrotechnisch in bedrijf stellen en onderhouden - Nazorg uitvoeren aan nieuwe installaties en storingen systematisch oplossen - Procesparameters instellen in PLC, SCADA en HMI en besturingskasten aanpassen - Site Acceptance Tests uitvoeren en testresultaten documenteren - Mechanical engineers ondersteunen bij PLC- en elektrotechnische vraagstukken - Klanten trainen in het gebruik van installaties en bevindingen intern terugkoppelen Functie-eisen - Een vierjarige technische mbo-opleiding op mbo+-niveau, richting elektrotechniek, mechatronica of werktuigbouwkunde met aanvullende cursussen - Kennis van besturings- en elektrotechniek, hydrauliek en pneumatiek - Ervaring met Siemens PLC- en HMI-programmering, SCADA en hardware- en softwareaanpassingen aan besturingskasten - Ervaring in machine- en apparatenbouw, bij voorkeur in de metaal, en een VCA-certificaat - Praktische beheersing van Nederlands, Duits en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk - Bereidheid om circa 70% te reizen; je werkt klantger.
