The posting

Bij een familiebedrijf in Veenendaal, gespecialiseerd in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek en aandrijftechniek, help je klanten hun installaties weer betrouwbaar te laten draaien. Als Field Service Engineer analyseer en verhelp je storingen aan PLC's, HMI's, frequentieregelaars en industriële sensoren. Je kijkt verder dan het directe probleem: je onderzoekt de oorzaak en adviseert over structurele verbeteringen. Daarbij combineer je softwarediagnose met elektrotechnisch onderzoek aan besturingspanelen, servo-aandrijvingen en procestechnische installaties. Je werkt op klantlocaties in Utrecht, Gelderland en Noord-Brabant en bepaalt zelfstandig hoe je een storing aanpakt. Voor complexe vraagstukken overleg je met je serviceteam, engineering en projectmanagement. De ene dag zoek je met Siemens Step 7 Classic of TIA Portal naar een fout in de besturing, de andere dag vervang en test je een component. Door de afwisseling tussen hardware, software en projectmatige aanpassingen verdiep je je kennis van industriële besturingen en aandrijftechniek. Functie-inhoud - Storingen aan PLC's, HMI's, frequentieregelaars, sensoren en schakelaars analyseren en oplossen - Hardware- en softwarematige reparaties uitvoeren en defecte componenten vervangen - Complexe fouten in besturingspanelen, servo-aandrijvingen en procesinstallaties onderzoeken - Klanten adviseren over structurele verbeteringen en verbeteracties uitzetten - Uitgevoerde werkzaamheden testen, documenteren en rapporteren - Met servicetechnici, engineering en projectmanagement samenwerken aan complexe storingen en aanpassingen Functie-eisen - Minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau - Ervaring als field service engineer of storingsmonteur in industriële automatisering - Kennis van PLC's, HMI's en aandrijftechniek - Ervaring met Siemens Step 7 Classic en TIA Portal - Zelfstandig storingen kunnen onderzoeken en actief samenwerking zoeken - Graag op verschillende klantlocaties werken en schakelen tussen hardware en sof.
