Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Uitvoeren van onderhoud en reparaties aan e‑bikes, stadsfietsen, transport- en kinderfietsen - Stellen van diagnoses bij elektrische problemen (motor, accu, bekabeling, displays) en mechanische issues (remmen, versnellingen, wielen) - Volledig rijklaar maken van nieuwe fietsen, inclusief montage van accessoires zoals dragers, sloten en verlichting - Opstellen van de werkplaatsplanning, bewaken van doorlooptijden en verdelen van binnenkomende opdrachten - Inwerken, aansturen en begeleiden van collega‑monteurs en zorgen voor juiste onderdelen en materialen - Klantgericht toelichten van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en adviseren over noodzakelijke reparaties - Aandragen van verbeterideeën richting filiaalmanager om processen, service en werkplaatsinrichting te optimaliseren Waar kom je te werken?
