Voor onze gespecialiseerde fietsenwinkel zoeken wij een enthousiaste verkoper die onze klanten professioneel begeleidt bij de aankoop van koersfietsen, mountainbikes, speedpedelecs en e-bikes. Ben jij sociaal, commercieel ingesteld en heb je kennis van de fietswereld? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die we zoeken!

Als fietsverkoper m/v/x ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je luistert naar hun wensen, geeft deskundig advies en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant met een goed gevoel de winkel verlaat.

  • Je adviseert klanten bij de aankoop van koersfietsen, mountainbikes, e-bikes en speedpedelecs.
  • Je helpt klanten bij het kiezen van de juiste fiets, accessoires en uitrusting.
  • Je volgt bestellingen en leveringen nauwkeurig op.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij leasingdossiers en verzorgt de bijhorende administratie.
  • Je zorgt samen met je collega's voor een aantrekkelijke en verzorgde winkelpresentatie.
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met klanten door jouw passie en expertise te delen.
  • Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen en bent vlot in de omgang.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in fietsen en beschikt over kennis van koersfietsen en mountainbikes - een link met fietsen is een must (vrije tijd of professioneel).
  • Kennis van de verschillende groepsets en fietstechnieken is een belangrijke troef.
  • Zaterdagwerk vormt voor jou geen probleem.
