En tant que Responsable de Filiale dans la région bruxelloise, vous êtes responsable du fonctionnement quotidien de l'une des trois filiales. Vous combinez management d'équipe et responsabilités opérationnelles et commerciales, tout en veillant à ce que votre équipe puisse travailler de manière efficace et qualitative.

Concrètement, votre rôle de Responsable de Filiale dans la région de Bruxelles comprend les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Coacher et développer votre équipe et favoriser une bonne collaboration
  • Organiser et suivre les activités quotidiennes de la filiale
  • Planifier les collaborateurs, la répartition du travail et les effectifs
  • Suivre la qualité, la sécurité, la satisfaction client et les résultats
  • Améliorer les processus et méthodes de travail lorsque cela est possible
  • Gérer les stocks et suivre les KPI opérationnels
  • Développer et entretenir les relations avec les clients particuliers, les clients B2B et les partenaires professionnels
  • Rapporter les résultats et les informations opérationnelles importantes au Regional Manager
