Als Filiaalmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van jouw filiaal in Goes. Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel er altijd tiptop uitziet en dat het assortiment perfect aansluit bij de behoeften van jouw klanten. Samen met jouw team bied je iedere klant een geweldige winkelervaring en bouw je aan een fijne, motiverende werkomgeving waarin iedereen zich thuis voelt en kan groeien. Je houdt niet alleen de klanttevredenheid hoog, maar zorgt ook voor goede verkoopresultaten en een gestroomlijnd operationeel proces. Je taken bestaan voornamelijk uit: - Leidinggeven en coachen: Je motiveert en ontwikkelt je team, stelt personeelsplanningen op, voert (functionerings)gesprekken en biedt begeleiding waar nodig. - Kwaliteit van de dienstverlening waarborgen: Je zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant zich welkom voelt en met de juiste fiets en service de deur uitgaat. - Verkoopdoelen behalen: Je streeft naar de beste verkoopresultaten en bent altijd op zoek naar manieren om de winkelprestaties te verbeteren. - Voorraadbeheer en procesoptimalisatie: Je zorgt voor een goed gevulde winkel en neemt initiatief om systemen en processen binnen de winkel te verbeteren. - Innovatie en samenwerking: Je deelt jouw kennis met andere filialen en bedenkt creatieve ideeën om de winkel nog aantrekkelijker te maken voor klanten en het team.
