Wat ga je doen? Als fulltime filiaalmanager op Schiermonnikoog pak jij de regie in een veelzijdige functie waarin je een omvangrijke club mensen aanstuurt. - Samen met de teamleider stuur je ruim 30 collega's aan, met een scherp oog voor coaching, motivatie en een slimme roosterplanning; - Je houdt het overzicht over de dagelijkse operatie en regelt een strak voorraadbeheer en bestelproces; - Je stuurt niet alleen op afstand, maar bent veelvuldig op de winkelvloer te vinden om samen met je team te knallen; - Je stuurt actief bij om de financiële en commerciële targetcijfers van de supermarkt te behalen; - Je speelt moeiteloos in op de enorme dynamiek tussen de rustige wintermaanden en het drukke toeristenseizoen; - Zie je ergens een knelpunt? Jij wacht niet af, maar hakt knopen door en pakt het meteen aan. Wat wij bieden - Wonen & werken direct op het eiland: Inclusief een privé-appartement van ca. 40 m² boven de winkel (2 slaapkamers, eigen keuken, badkamer en woonkamer) voor € 650,- per 4 weken; - € 22,50 tot € 30,00 bruto per uur, afgestemd op jouw kennis en ervaring; - Een contract voor 40 uur per week met de intentie voor een langere samenwerking; - Een uitdagende managementfunctie waarin je echt de stempel mag drukken op de winkel en beslissingen durft te nemen; - Ruimte om te groeien als leidinggevende binnen een unieke, seizoensgebonden supermarktdynamiek; - Een fijne werkplek te midden van een enthousiast, divers team op het mooiste eiland van Nederland.
